The Guild, an Atlanta-based economic + housing justice organization, builds community wealth and power through cooperative real estate, entrepreneurship programs and access to capital for marginalized communities. In 2023, it launched an integrated capital fund—Groundcover—to resource its current pilot projects + future endeavors. We created a microsite to reach + connect potential investors, ultimately seeding and scaling a broader movement for community ownership across the South.
